This review started out as 1 star because I never received my first order of collagen I had purchased. But, due to the outstanding customer service (Greg), they absolutely deserve the 5 stars I'm giving them. From the moment I reached out via email to let them know I never received the order, Greg worked with me every step of the way with prompt responses and clear explanations on exactly what happened. Waggle Hound removed the charge immediately and offered a free bottle of the 9 Collagen for my troubles. I placed the order again and it arrived within 5 days. I can't say if the product works yet - it's been about a week, but I have faith! Keep up the excellent customer service!
