The order took well over the expected time to arrive and as I never received an order confirmation email or any record of the order, I had to check the timeframe on the website by having to start another order.When the Snuffle Ball did arrive (again no warning) my dog tore a section of fabric off within 5 mins. Same happened the next two times he had it so a very unsuccessful purchase and not robust enough for my large Labradoodle. Have handed it onto a friend who has a much smaller dog. This product was recommended to me by a friend with a Cockerpoo, so may be just for smaller dogs.
