I’ve never had a customer service experience quite this excellent. I have a special needs pup who is about 95 in human years. She has quite a few co morbidities and Greg in Customer Service answered every one of my questions quickly (despite the time zone difference) and the product was received almost faster than if it were US based! These days top tier customer service doesn’t seem to be the norm. Well Waggle Hound is a different breed of amazingness. Thank you for the best experience and a wonderful product.
