You have a higher chance of that actually working....By the way, they dont send out letters anymore -- and also, customer service through their website sends out no reply emails....So you can't have a discussion with them. Its only one way communication.Stay far FAR away, unless you like to throw away money. My landlord laughed at how bad this letter was...
