Researching this food, I encountered deceptive practices. They offer a bunch of flavor choices in the started pack that you can NEVER buy again. So if your dog loves one of them - that the company enticed you to buy - too bad. They are just trying to reel you in. AND although they offer 30-day satisfaction guarantee for regular purchases (potentially flavors you don't even want), they do NOT offer a guarantee on the starter pack. They gave me a lot of yada yada about small company, lose money on the starter pack, but if you are trying to build your business, risk is a factor and deception is a poor start. When it was clear to them that I had identified their lack of integrity, they terminated the chat. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of pet parents who will invest their hard earned money to take the best care of their Fur Children that they can.
