First off, I had used Wakanow 2 times in the past without any issues. Few minutes ago, I tried to book a flight and I chose the pay small small option. When I paid, I still had the normal flight price I was supposed to pay and when I got email notification, it says my total would be £707 instead of £657 or thereabouts.I chatted them, they transferred me to one Kalabash. The interesting part is, I couldn't find anywhere it says interest would be paid on PSS on the website. I was also told the amount is locked, even if I pay the balance instantly, the interest cannot be reduced nor removed.Another interesting thing is, they can extend the time to make the repayment for you but they won't reduce it.My advice, avoid Wakanow and Kalabash or whatever they call themselves. Book directly on the airlines' website. They just want to make money, they don't care about you.You're welcome.
