I do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this company Called Wakanow. I paid for a ticket using my Klarna account, which is registered in my name and is designed to be secure for both parties. A few days later, I was asked to provide a selfie along with my passport, which I submitted as requested. I was then informed that my payment had been flagged by their system.Given their past reviews, I am concerned that they may be attempting to cancel my ticket in order to impose additional charges which I’m not going to pay. For your own peace of mind don’t fall for their trick.
