Unresolved refund issue. I reached out to Wakanow NG’s contact centre after not receiving my full refund, and since then, I’ve been completely ignored. I paid almost 730k for a trip but only 650k is being processed for refund. While I understand that service charges may be non-refundable, other add-ons should have been included. I was told the refund had been processed, but I haven’t received a single kobo since then. The screenshot sent to me even showed the status as “pending.” I pointed this out, and that was the last I heard from them.
