I want to express my disbelief with the poor product. I order a bracelet and lost it in one day three times due to the malfunctioning lock system while I’m accounting company. They told me that they are a small company and they don’t do refund. This is not what they said on their website just so you know this deal making me go back-and-forth asking me to create a video of it after I asked that will return the braces so they can look at it if they could fix it just send it back to me. This is disappointed the company that you graded here as a high they not post their negative reviews which is this one I’m very disappointed. I’m they stole my money basically because they don’t wanna return the money back. They don’t wanna fix the bracelet that I cannot wear because I’m losing it because they’re malfunctioning of their lax system. It’s a shame.
