Stay clear of this organiser that arranges this event. They have just announced they are moving venues to Birmingham. They do not give refunds back. We went to the Wales Comic Con held in Telford at the Telford International Centre on 18.11.2023 We had a pre-booked photo opp arranged with two actors from Stranger Things. The organisers announced one of the guests were no longer able to attend the event the night before the event. We are still waiting for our refund. The organisors are not responding to any emails or messages on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. I've received no refund despite all my emails. They never reply.I understand guests cancel but its also known this company are not very good at booking guest flights and accomodation. They also make announcements on social media sites that guests are attending, when infact the guests know nothing about the event. Fact is these photo ops are approx £80 to £200 and you will never get your money back. I would never book with Wales Comic Con again because if the guest cancels the company keep the money. I don't know how this company can be allowed to run this business, they should be shut down.
