I went to this Comic Con with a pre-booked photo opportunity and the guest cancelled the very night before the event. It's now a year later and I've received no refund despite all my emails, Facebook messages, and even a letter. They never reply.Guests cancel frequently and while that's understandable, the fact that you will never get your money back should be enough to put you off attending. I would never risk booking again because the guest may cancel at the last minute and WCC will just keep my money and ignore me forever. Horrible way to treat customers and my group will stick to London events from now on.
