I registered for this app but never used it, and then I was hit with a renewal fee of $91.99. Upon noticing the charge on my credit card, I reached out to cancel and request a refund, but they refused to assist. They only offered me a year’s access to the app, which was not what I wanted at all. The customer service was incredibly disappointing! There was no prior notification about the charge, and it was not made clear that it would automatically renew without refunds when I signed up. I strongly advise against engaging with this service! Be very cautious!
