Positive Experience - I'm really enjoying the workouts and have committed to the initial routines as I transition back into exercising. Achieving my daily goals feels rewarding. I'm still figuring out the fitness tracker; there have been days where I've surpassed my step goals, but since I didn't log a formal workout, those days don’t count as a workout. This seems somewhat "unfair" and can be demotivating. Aside from that, I'm maintaining a consistent daily activity.
