As a former subscriber, I wanted to use the workouts I had used before, but they didn't appear to be available any longer. The newer workouts were following a specific person who had quite a bit of weight to lose. A trainer would speak, then she would do the exercise, but not for long. No advice given about how many reps. It just wasn't very helpful. I also tried to do the tai chi, but I found it next to impossible to follow the instructor for that.
