The customer service is terrible. I ordered two medium jerseys, which I've always worn without issue, but both were too small. I sent a polite email stating the quality was fine but the sizing was off. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I give them to a friend. They clearly prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Beware!
