I sent the survey instruction on Friday afternoon, and received a call a little later to say an appointment was available the following Monday. The survey report was then received the day after on the Tuesday, exceeding the expected 3 business day turnaround. Hannah and Yvonne were extremely helpful, professional and efficient.
