It's been over four weeks since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried emailing, calling, and using live chat, but only received two replies in that time! I wish I had checked reviews first. I've requested a refund but have received no response. If I don’t hear back, I may need to seek legal advice. I suggest avoiding this in the future!
