Good customer service and beautiful paintings

I ordered a painting made of some plastic glass or something of my own photo. There was a mistake because I got another picture on the painting. I also did not like the material that much. I contacted Wall Art and they where fast and gave my money back because we had the wrong painting. So that is a great solution! We ordered our new painting in real glass and it is so beautifull! We want to thank Wall Art for making this perfect photo on glass painting.

This company should be banned

I wish I had read the online reviews before ordering. I ordered wallpapers for the baby room on 11th January. It's been 11 days since and sent two emails. There was no communication at all. No idea if the money is lost or product is on it's way. I have no clue ho such e commerce companies are operating in Netherlands

7-8 days delivery time for a poster.

7-8 days delivery time for a poster.Ordered with sticky pads, but they weren't included. After informing Wall-art.nl, they were correctly sent after, but this adds another week to the waiting time.Not likely to order again.
