Brilliant product and customer service is 5 star. Easy to order and they keep in touch to see how you are getting on with the product. So nice for a company to do that. This is the easiest positive review I have ever written. 5* service all round, well done!
So I’m unsure at the moment but wanted to write this and hopefully be back in a few weeks to confirm how amazing the ‘itch relief allergies and yeast probiotics forte for large dogs’ are 🤞🏻
I have a nearly 2 year old German Shepherd - Cane Corso cross called Reggie. He’s a raw fed dog who is very sensitive to:-
Turkey
Rabbit
Mackeral
Beef
Pork
Veal
Goose
These are just the proteins I’m mentioning, as there’s many other sensitivities too!! Another main sensitivity is to lactobacillus acidophilus which is an ingredient in the meat free chew option so I went with the chicken flavour as it doesn’t mention that specific bacteria, and states another strain that he’s fine with. He has such itchy ears, paws and hot spots bless him and his ears are currently giving him a lot of discomfort even though he’s on Apoquel daily and even so, he still suffers. I’d just rather not have him in vet prescribed medications for life ideally. I have also tried virtually every other brand of probiotics available - with zero success. On one final and desperate google search asking ‘what is the best itch/allergy/yeast relief available for large dogs UK’ it came up with Dogsuppy so here I am! Spent close to £70 on 180 tablets (2 x large dog tubs). Reg has to have 4 chews a day, will more than likely have to change to 5 chews soon too - which is frustrating as we’re going to get through the whole lot within 45 days (36 days if he puts on a little bit more weight taking him over 50kg), instead of getting up to 180 or even 90 days worth that a smaller dog would need, but I get it, he’s a big boy, just wish they did like omni do and give one large chew for one large dog at no extra cost and, although Omni chews did nothing to help him, it was at least good to not be financially penalised due to his size and I kind of liken/compare it to human medications/supplements whereby larger people don’t have to pay more for a prescription/supplement for example, or clothing is generally the same price whether it be a size 6 or a size 26 - it’s the same cost mostly. I’m sure many won’t agree and that’s fine - it’s just my own personal opinion.
Anyway, he started taking his 4 chews as of Thursday 19th February 2026. It says they can take up to 2-3 weeks to see a noticeable difference so now we just wait! I didn’t know they had a money back guarantee either which I think is a really great customer service tactic (if it’s actually true and as straightforward as stated - if they don’t work, I get my money back, simple - then fair play and that’s brilliant customer service) and it does show how much Dogsuppy products are believed in by the company. I really am at a loss if they don’t work though, so positive thinking and all that!! Trutpilot reviews are very impressive too.
I really hope Im able to come back on here to update this in a few weeks and will get to say how amazing they are!! I did also get 30 hip and joint supplements (about £27 worth) too for free, which is very much appreciated but again, he’s supposed to have 4 of those daily too so the free tub of 30 chews only gives him a weeks worth due to his size so I don’t think I’ll be able to notice any positive or negative changes within that short time frame for the hip and joint chews alone so will therefore be unable to review those.
Delivery was very quick too, I only ordered them on Wednesday 18th February and they arrived the very next day.
Anyway, there’s been a few brands that I’ve tried, that he’s REALLY not liked the taste of from the jump but he seemed to enjoy the taste of Dogsuppy ones, and ate his first 4 immediately as a ‘treat’. I have to say I generally don’t review many things (cos I’m rubbish and forget!), but as I very much appreciated the reviews in here - and ultimately that was the deal clencher that tipped the scales to then try this brand as a kind of last hope - so I’ll definitely be back with some type of edit within a few weeks - but am really crossing my fingers here… 🤞🏻

Easy to order, plenty of emails maybe a few too many. Delivered on time. A bit disappointed about the scoop being too big so using a teaspoon but would be a lot easier with the correct size scoop. Just hoping it works now.
