I had my email set up through them and made a purchase online and as all invoice services I waited for the product arrival but then forgot to pay in the same day then never received a notification in my email of my invoice getting close to expire, even the reminder invoice I haven't received in my email. The only contact that I received was from a collection company later on via Kivra.After trying to get in contact with their support they said they couldn't do anything.Never buying again through this terrible company. Avoid them!
