I have had the h9 AWD for a year and a half. Love the bike and have made upgrades like thick street tires and handlebars. I use it for door dash and have over 15000 miles. Had to change the planetary gears on the motor after 10000 miles but it was easy and cost only 8 dollars. It came with some damage to the display due to shipping but they sent a new one in a week. Good company. I am thinking of buying another one because I beat the crap out of mine. Fun bike. Not for beginners
