I am very unhappy with this company. I made a payment, and shortly after that my account was blocked. There was no clear warning or proper explanation provided to me.I feel this situation is very unfair. Customers should not lose access to their accounts after paying money. I expected better service and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company.
