WSO’s valuation modeling course is very comprehensive and grounded in practice—I am a valuation/corporate finance professional and found that this course is taught in a very relevant way, or in a way that valuations are performed on the street. I’ve studied multiple valuation courses elsewhere (including those taught by Wall Street Prep, Corporate Finance Institute, courses on Udemy, etc.) and feel that WSO’s course strikes the best balance between being comprehensively practical and covering all of the important underlying theory. Other courses aren’t as comprehensive in terms of teaching hard modeling skills, are overly theoretical, or don’t cover all of the important underlying theory. But WSO’s course nails it all!
