The referral program is extremely frustrating and misleading. I referred 15 friends to the platform, but only received 3 referral bonuses instead of all 15. Additionally, 12 of the friends I referred did not receive their bonuses, despite meeting all requirements. According to their terms, rewards should be paid within 48 hours after a qualifying direct deposit of $200, but none were issued in the promised timeframe. This clearly shows a failure to uphold their own terms and conditions. The referral system does not work as advertised, and customer support has been unhelpful in addressing the issue. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable.
