We purchased a summer house and shed/greenhouse, but after three months, both have deteriorated significantly. Despite following their advice on treatment, the buildings have gone black, and the wood quality is poor. The doors have swollen, and the greenhouse leaks despite repeated sealing. Customer service has been rude, and they’re not interested in resolving the issue. I’m currently seeking help from trading standards as they refuse to acknowledge the problem. Do not waste your money on this company.
