Bought a summer house from Waltons, paid nearly £1,500 for it, told them it was going where a shed was coming out of anyway, they said I would have to fill in a questionnaire, well I have never seen anything like it, they wanted photographs of the base, access to the property, which we sent, they then said that wasn't good enough, I then sent them photos of the tarmac base which was just put down, and that wasn't good enough, then they asked for a photo of the bubble in the spirit level which they supply which is 4" long!! and from a distance!! I sent that, I even sent them a close up one, that wasn't good enough, I then had to send them photos of the four corners of where the shed was going showing the spirit level in each corner, they had that, and still that wasn't good enough for them, I waited months, backwards and forwards to try to get them to deliver our summerhouse, and still we can't have it so I have cancelled the order and asked for my money back, and looking on social media at the photographs people have posted on the quality of the wood is terrible, so BUYER BEWARE!!!
