I had a summer house installed in 2023 for 1500, and recently, with the heavy rain, it's begun to leak in the corner. This has damaged most of my tools, shelving, and garden furniture. I contacted the company and sent them photos of a significant damp patch on the roof, but they informed me that I must replace the felt myself at my own expense for a product that was not inexpensive. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service due to their poor customer support and lack of empathy for their customers.
