This bag fell apart in a month! The small zipper compartment fabric started fraying and is too small for my phone, and the strap doesn't stay in place when you adjust. I asked for a refund and return receipt and they said that its not returnable because I didn't buy it from them, but from a 3rd party. Strange that they have their ads on FaceBook and when you select it it takes you to a 3rd party???Beware, be very aware that they are not backing up their product. Also don't buy it because it is an inferior product.Oh, in addition, they sent me an email from support @wandrplus.com and when I replied to it was received an email that it was "undeliverable" and the same thing happened when I replied to their email to rate their service twice! I don't know what kind of an operatioin this is but I don't trust it. I am out $25 and I know that doesn't seem like a lot of money but to me it is.
