This company does NOT honor their return policy. I called when I received the bags. I never opened them because my trip to Ireland was cancelled. I sent an email and Jessica asked if I would accept a 50% refund and I could keep the bags for future travel. I accepted. Then 3 weeks to a month goes by and I send another email asking about my refund. Sharon stated she found my order and would send out the refund ASAP. This was April 2024 into May 2024. I reported this to PayPal and they opened a dispute that took forever and finally it was closed in the sellers favor "because the items were close to or a duplicate of the items purchased" That was not my dispute at all. In another email Jessica stated she couldn't send the refund because PayPal put the purchase "On hold". This is not true because I have had refunds while disputing a charge. I sent an email to Jessica with screen shots showing that PayPal closed the dispute. No reply from either Jessica or Sharon. I would think twice before purchasing these bags. I would look on Amazon and you can find one that is essentially the same and at least be able to return it.Many months after the purchase was made I finally received the 30% refund that was offered. I did get to keep the merchandise. I haven't used them so I'm not sure how good the bags are.
