They go above and beyond!We used Wanderful Holidays for our 25 year anniversary trip to Italy. They were fairly new to planning trips in Italy and acknowledged as much. That said, they found excellent locations in Venice, Rome and the Amalfi Coast for my wife and I, and catered to our specific transfer requests. When issues occurred, they immediately rectified them (they covered the cost of a taxi we had to pay for when the airport transfer did not show up). We called them when we needed their help before and during the trip, and they were always responsive. They are a small operation, but I find the service from small operations tends to be more hands-on and very service oriented. They certainly were. Ask for Alberto and Erika.
