I ordered a pricey bag that was dispatched promptly, and the courier service was satisfactory. However, the experience with the postal service was frustrating, and the company was not helpful in tracking my order. They provided me with a vague map showing a dot and instructed me to go there, but there are numerous businesses in that area. Am I supposed to visit each one? I expect better assistance in resolving this issue. Given this experience, I wouldn't consider ordering from them again. If they manage to address the situation quickly, I might reconsider, but as it stands, their service has been quite disappointing.
