My wardrobe hasn't even been delivered yet and my first installment of payment has already been taken. I'm also being asked for a review of my delivery when it's not taken place yet. The delivery waiting times are far too long and not enough delivery dates available or any weekend delivery to England. When being asked for a review it lead with this 'Did you know 100% of customers that have the slightest complaint, jump to leave a negative review but sadly only 1% of happy customers share their good experiences. This negatively affects our online reputation and we feel it's unfair'. Unfortunately, I disagree, people are just being honest and the reviews all look fair to me.
