Awful customer service, as stated in some other reviews regarding wardrobe direct they just seem to ignore you.I ordered a wardrobe door almost three months ago now and still have not received it. I emailed multiple times and tried communicating via their online chat however it was just ignored. I later received an email apologising and they said they would get back to me but I didn’t hear anything. I of course emailed again and received only a sorry about that apology and said I will not be getting any money back.I will never be using this company again.
