Easy to order, instant email confirmation of order but no clear delivery date. The only negative was I had to email after 4 weeks to get an update on delivery. Once delivery was confirmed, excellent service thereafter, with a phone call a hour before which was helpful. The assemblers were friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. I ordered a wardrobe and it is exactly as shown on the website - measurements were accurate and it fits perfectly in the space I had chosen. Great quality too!
