My wardrobe was initially delivered quickly (Late January / early February 2025), but the mirrored sliding door was damaged on arrival. The delivery / assembly associate said that he would report back to Wardrobes direct and they would replace quickly. I heard nothing initially - so I followed up with customer service - they told me 2-3 weeks for a new door to be dispatched. Then MONTHS went by with no contact. I have emailed multiple times with no response whatsoever. Still no response at all. So disappointed with this service - totally inexcusable.-Update: I received an email from Wardrobe direct on 20th May after leaving this reviewing informing me that they would arrange delivery of my door in 7-10 days. Month on and no further update or communications from Wardrobe Direct, and of course, still no door.
