I purchased 2 wardrobes 8 weeks ago, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order. Since moving into my new home, I haven’t been able to unpack my clothes because they are still in boxes. I have been actively trying to get information about the delivery, but my messages go unanswered. The chat service directs me to email the sales team, yet I receive no replies, and the chat is unresponsive.At this point, I demand to cancel my order and receive a full refund. I refuse to endure the uncertainty of waiting months for the wardrobes to arrive. To add insult to injury, I received an urgent request from the company asking for my review of the furniture's quality, which is completely ridiculous since I have yet to receive anything. This has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company and its ability to fulfil orders. I am using the link sent to my email address to complete this review. I echoed other frustrated customers, and I should have followed my instinct that buying products from companies without a customer service contact number always raises a red flag. I want to know if anyone else has had to wait more than 8 weeks without any updates. I am determined not to lose the £1,250 I paid for this unacceptable service.
