The reason for the 4-star rating is that my order was mistakenly sent to a different address. I felt a bit anxious since there wasn't a delivery photo. Fortunately, it ended up with a neighbor from a different street. The bag is stunning and appears to be well-made. I haven't used it yet, just removed the packing paper. The other bag was gifted to a colleague. I'm excited to use mine soon. Happy holidays to all!
