Now that this company has refunded me the cost of the bag they sent, I feel obliged to update my review. Other than the fact that they completely misrepresent their company and product, their customer support was friendly and eventually, after a fight, gave me my money back, hence the two stars.What they won't do is refund me the cost of sending the bag to Zhejiang in China, their real location, which was about £30, more than I would have paid for their product in the first place had I known what it was really like.Their slick website and adverts on Facebook etc portray a supposed master leather craftsman who is closing down and needs to sell his last few bags at sale prices. Please don't be fooled, this is a complete fabrication.The item, when it arrived, was an awful brown plastic bag that, instead of the aroma of quality leather that I hoped for, stank of the thin plastic it was actually made from. The advertisement said it had been reduced from its normal price to a fraction of that, around £120. Still not a lot for a good quality leather bag that they advertised but horrendously overpriced for the actual bag they sell.I wish I had read a truthful review before I spent my money but at least I eventually got it back.
