Though my order did take some time to arrive the large carry on bag was flawless however belts too small & shoulder bag as well. I contacted the the company and was offered a refund return shipping fee wasn’t cheap they did credit my account of 40% which seemed reasonable since they did take care of it & was also pretty prompt in replying to my email is why they received 5 stars
