I can only rate this a 1-star because I couldn't select 0 or a negative score! My first experience was with a backpack, which I found to be excellent quality and loved. However, my experience changed when I ordered a leather jacket. After losing over 70 pounds, I ordered my usual men's XL. When it arrived, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The zipper was on the left, indicating it was a women's jacket, and I struggled to get it on. I reached out to customer service regarding this $500 jacket and was told I could return it, but I had to pay for return shipping. I returned it within the time limit with the receipt. Meanwhile, I ordered another jacket from a different seller, which I highly recommend! Their products are made in the US, and they provide excellent customer service to ensure the right fit! When I followed up on the return, I was informed that the address I was given only handled exchanges, not refunds. I'm now trying to contact their corporate office for my refund. In summary, while their bags may be decent, I wouldn't recommend this company! If you choose to order, just use their measurement guide and save yourself time by ordering the largest size, a 4XL, and hope it fits!
