I am writing this on behalf of my son, who chose to use the service for managing his father's estate after a sudden loss in 2023, trusting their expertise in probate matters. Despite the absence of a will and disorganized paperwork, they accepted the case. However, it has taken an astonishing 27 months for this matter to be resolved. My son has faced unprofessional treatment, with unanswered emails, unreturned calls, and delays in paperwork. This has severely impacted his mental health, adding to his stress and preventing him from properly grieving. I am extremely disappointed with the experience.
