Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing online. Placed an order on an iPhone Xr, received order confirmation stating they would send updates when item is shipped, I received no email or any confirmation for days. Emailed and called them multiple times with no answer, then finally over a week later they answered my call with the worst customer service ever, told me that the phone was on back order and was unavailable for purchase and they would refund me in 3-5 days. The phone should never have been listed on the website in the first place and it should never have been available for purchase.
