Bought a Office chair over 3 weeks ago and couldn't put it together due to the screws not lining up. As per their return policy, I emailed to get it picked up and a replacement sent. After 1 week with no reply, sent another email. Another week, still no reply so called their 0800 number. Was on hold for 17 mins and gave up. Rang up their Head office and all they said was there was a delay on the phones. No help at all. As a Business that has an account with Warehouse Stationery, will be closing it and going with someone else
