Very poor experience over all. Initially quick communication when I tried to verify stock before ordering. Once I ordered, they disappeared. Was told it was getting shipped the next day, didn't happen, had to chase them for a week and find a phone number for an associated company to get through to anyone since their phone number doesn't work. Finally got the item sent out, turned up today, and it's the completely wrong item, an item that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. They've changed their name, but not their behaviour. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Going to increase this slightly. Despite slow communication, they are now issuing a refund for the wrongly sent one. There seems to be good intentions here, but good intentions alone doesn't make for a great customer experience.
