I ordered 3 of the Texas Tripple Hots pickups and all 3 were defective. I contacted Warman Guitars and spoke to Josie Warman. I got the run around for almost a month. He claimed that he personally inspected and tested them and all 3 were in perfectcondition and working. He maintained that for 3 weeks. No way, they did not work. So, I shipped them backto him in the same exact condition I received them.Josie refunded the amount for the 3 pickups $40.00.But I am out all the shipping $38.50. Here is where it gets strange. I get a email from him with pictures of the 3 pickups with wires cut and globs of solder on the leads connection. That's not the condition I received them in or I returned them to him. So, someone on his end did that. I will never make another purchase from Warman Guitars.
