Poor Workmanship …

Warmer Solutions beware this company may give you a good deal but, customer service, and workmanship are both poor.Work started on 4 Feb & finished on 7 Feb to a disgusting level by 3 x workmen I could not believe the state they left our loft in!Dirt/rubble and bits of board flooring left everywhere.Flooring laid at different levels and some sections not even screwed in.Boards laid any how, no care or attention given.Excess lagging thrown around the sides of the area.New loft hatch frame moved when gaining access and not boxed in fir a finish!! Nothing like the image they advertise in their brochure.2nd team arrived on Friday 14 Feb to sort out the mess. Worked hard and able to fix many of the snags to an acceptable level. Not fantastic but 100% better than the 1st team.It took my husband and I, all day today to clean and sort out all the issues we highlighted to turn our loft into the area we paid for and expected.So disappointing!!WE were not able to see the work started or completed due to the first team locking off the hatch door and telling us we could not open the door for 48 hours, while they made their quick getaway.Complaints email sent straightaway, spoke to Ryan MD who was happy to discuss issues raised, but failed to fully inform 2nd team of our expectations. Russell (2nd Team) worked hard to repair the work having to pop out twice to get more materials but happy to comply and showed me every change made until the repairs were of an acceptable level. Taking a day to resolve and not the 2 hours expected!During this time we received over 4 x telephone calls chasing the final payment from the Payments Team who were not informed of our dispute. Clearly no effective communication present.Managed to get a discount on the final payment due the 1st team's accident with a bedroom ceiling. It was their 2nd accident that week!! They promised to repair this to a high standard but left the plaster tape showing which the 2nd did their best to patch up but it still wasn't perfect.Trading Standards contacted all issues noted. Beware it's all about the money and not the care with this company.Please be warned and check out our video of our horrendous experience.2 stars given for Russell's patience and efforts to turn this mess around which was appreciated 🙏 .
