2 lovely lads, Joe and Sheldon came today to install foil insulation in my loft. I was greeted on arrival and on leaving with a courteous, meaningful handshake. They put on overshoes before walking on my stairs carpet. Cleaned up after themselves, having done a timely job. I was VERY impressed with everything and my home is noticeably warmer.
