Great company let down by marketing company

Had a cold call from a marketing company working for warmer homes solutions who said that glass based loft insulation was being banned as it breakdown and causes respiratory problems, as does Rockwall. They said there was a grant available to remove the old insulation and replace it with a new insulation as I’d been contacted by Lewes District Council previously I thought this was who was calling, the woman said they would get their preferred contractor to contact me. So a phone call came through and an appointment was made for a surveyor to visit and he would give me a no obligation quote for protectacoat on the exterior walls while he was here. He arrived today and during an initial conversation it turned out that there is no government grant except they will allow the VAT to be removed. The conversation with the people listed above turns to be from a different company they are a marketing company and nothing to do with Warmer solutions. The very rude woman on the phone provides Warmer Home solution with the lead and makes the initial contact. I have been given this information by Ryan who is the director and owner of Warmer Home Solutions. He called me as a result of my original review as he was devastated that an employee was so rude and unprofessional. He carried out an investigation and found it was the marketing company and sacked them on the spot. Both of the people from Warmer Homes who I’ve had dealings with which are Ryan the MD and Jared the surveyor have both been courteous, helpful, friendly and totally professional at all times. When I explained to Jared that I’m on long term sickness due to cancer, he said there was no point continuing as I obviously couldn’t afford any work to be carried out at this time. He fully understood and appreciated our position. Then I had several calls from the marketing company pro-porting to be from head office accusing me of being a time waster and of being stupid for not realising I would need to pay. Extremely rude condescending and utterly unnecessary. A waste of my time as well as the surveyors, but mostly the attitude of the nasty girl from customer service at the marketing company “Super Lead Marketing”. Which resulted in my misunderstanding for which I apologise to both Ryan and Jared. Who I would and will use should I need any of their services DO NOT INTERACT WITH “SUPER LEAD MARKETING”THEY ARE SCAMMERS JUST WANTING YOUR MONEY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE
