We approached this company after seeing their advert, as our loft needed serious attention, the membrane had rotted making an awful mess - everything was covered in bitumen dust from the rotting felt. Sales rep Alex Smith made an appointment to visit & do a survey, he understood our situation & catered for our needs around our life style. The installation team turned up on the following Tuesday, they did as was promised & worked non stop until the job was completed. Alex kept in touch by phone & came straight away when a problem was identified, he agreed & got the team back as soon as was possible to complete the job to our satisfaction.
