Last week, I had Terry from Warmer Solutions round to give me a quote for loft insulation. He was more than happy when I followed him into the loft, he explained what he was doing and what the results of his survey meant for me. He was happy to explain the process and very patient when it came to my asking questions. Date, time and price agreed. Today Alex and Victor both lads were polite and friendly, arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and just got on with it. Once finished, they were more than happy to show me the end result. Very tidy workers, they bagged up and removed the excess foil and re-laid the excess rock wool that was in the loft.Thank you Terry, Alex and Victor. I can now look forward to lover heating bill. Would definitely recommend Warmer Solutions
